"I could go on and on about all the times that Zach’s gone above and beyond to make sure I get my odometer readings in so I don’t lose my savings, not only email or send notifications through the app but text and call to make sure I get all my updates, savings and any perks I may be eligible for (if any are available at the time). He doesn’t have to do any of this. He could just sit back and wait for me to need a renewal or reach out to him. But he keeps tabs and makes sure I have everything I need. He’s been there when I had questions about a claim or needed help navigating a claim. He’s helped me get whatever I need, including probably many that are not his responsibility but he is really like the jingle says ‘like a good neighbor, State Farm is there’ he does that jingle right with his commitment and enthusiasm to help his clients. He is kind, patient, honest and reliable. I wouldn’t want to switch policies for a lower price simply because he has made insurance easy in a time when rates are constantly rising and there are more drivers on the road causing chaos than ever before. "I was with this office for a year and a half and had three policies with them. When I first reached out, they told me they couldn’t insure me due to my driving record, but then called me back, and said they reviewed everything, and decided they could work with me. I appreciated that and trusted their decision. Fast forward a year and a half later, I got a call out of nowhere saying they would no longer insure me. Their underwriting team, after all that time suddenly had an issue with the same record they initially accepted. And this came after a year and a half of feeling secure with them. It wasn’t just disappointing, it hurt. I felt completely in the dark. The rep who called just kept repeating, “It’s out of my hands,” offering no real answers or accountability. I was left scrambling to find something I could afford after already taking a financial hit. It felt like they picked up the pieces of a tough situation, put it all back together and then broke it again. I honestly wish they had just left me alone in the beginning instead of giving me false hope and then pulling the rug out from under me. It shouldn’t take a team of “professionals” a year and a half to decide whether they can work with someone especially when they had all the information from the beginning. I trusted them and built my life around that trust, and they took it away without warning. That kind of instability, when you’re already dealing with enough, is more than just bad service it’s a real emotional blow. What I went through wasn’t fair, and I hope others don’t have to experience the same."

I don't have a car now. But we're going to keep the insurance suspended. So if I do get one I can be safe to come back without enormous fees.
